This Westin W2 Powerteez Spinning Rod has been constructed with a rod blank made from a 24/30 tonne high performance carbon, which has created a spinning rod that feels like an extension of your arm. The Westin W2 Powerteez Spinning Rod has an extra fast action which is perfect for targeting big perch, zander and pike with soft lures, enabling you to cast to the horizon and set the hook in the bony mouths of predators, but a super sensitive tip allows you to detect even the smallest bites and plucks and show every movement of the lure, keeping you in total control whether you are fishing from the bank or boat.
To ensure you can use either monofilament or braided fishing line and that your fishing line will fly through your rod rings on the case, Westin have used only the highest quality Seaguide SXOHLSG premium guides on this spinning rod. A top quality Seaguide XVS reel seat has been used on the Westin W2 Powerteez Rod which allows you to use a wide range and styles of fishing reels so the angler can use their spinning reel of choice with this Westin Spinning Rod. A Seaguide Dhook hook keeper is a great addition to this Westin Spinning rod as it allows you to hook up your fishing lure when on the move and prevents you from snagging the rig. The Westin W2 Powerteez Rod is finished off with a custom made rubber non-slip bottom cap and a split-handle with premium grade EVA which allows you to fish in comfort, even on the longest sessions with repeated casting.
