When Nytro designed the IMPAX Comfi Boxes they took special care to reduce the risk of damage to the locking mechanism catch:
They reversed the system to prevent the system from getting trapped between the seat and the frame
They fixed the catch with screws so in the unlikely event of damage it could be easily repaired
They added two spare catches inside the box as a first aid kit
Those important features are on top of the fact that the boxes are light and comfortable for transport.
