As one of the brands derived from the amazing Fox International, Matrixis a young brand that was specifically designed for match and feeder anglers of all ages and abilities, from aspiring anglers to pro-fishermen and women. Although it is a relatively new brand, it comes with all the expertise in designing top quality tackle that Fox has built over its 50-year life span. Being a new brand, however, means that Matrix can fully focus on the modern angler, their needs, and the challenges they face on the bank. The brand works to a simple ethos: to produce tackle with a practical use on the bank. In short, it wants to produce tackle that will help any angler catch more fish.
If you are sick of your poles and top kits being just out of reach from your seat box and you are sick of that wobbly gamble of stretching for one kit and you are holding another, then Matrix offers a solution for this common issue on match sessions.
For match anglers that need some organisation to their set up, the eight kit roost bar from Matrix is here it help. This roost bar can hold up to eight top kits securely whilst you focus on getting some trophy fishes. Held in thanks to the hex-shaped EVA foam, the roost bar is designed to prevent kits from lifting out in the wind.
You can simply attach the bar to the 3D-R knuckles and then to your seat box so you can stay happily perched as you wait for fish to bite. The eight kit roost bar also features a single quick release knuckle, making it quick and easy to assemble or disassemble. This knuckle also helps to secure the bar at multiple fitting options, whether it be an angle or at a certain height tailoring to the peg you are located at.
The EVA hex shapes are quite wide meaning you could quite easily fit 25mm, 30mm and 36mm round legs, perfect for a range of kits or spare polesections.
Measuring at a total length of 47cm, the eight-kit roost bar from Matrix is a handy accessory to your match setup.
