Traditional in appearance, with a classic cassette system, this reel is fitted with a modern transparent spool that ensures this reel looks sleek on any of your fly rods. To ensure this sleek appearance is maintained throughout the reel’s life, the Ultralite CLS is supplied with moveable and reusable line identification pins. This ensures you don’t have to battle with messy stickers or marking your reel with pen whilst also allowing you to easily identify your line. The Ultralite CLS is supplied with no fewer than three spools, allowing you to enjoy maximum bankside versatility and ensuring that you can keep ahead of the game no matter what the water throws at you.
These spools are transferred via the use of a cassette locking system. This system is unique to House of Hardy and it enables the instant locking or unlocking of the spool, operated by a simple switch. This ensures that your spools are held in precise position incredibly firmly, so you can target the biggest fish with confidence. However, thanks to the simple switch setting, you can quickly remove you spool if you want to change up your line choice last minute. With this cassette locking system you can enjoy easy adaptability on the bank. The centralised twin Rulon drag offers smooth performance, ensuring you have full control over your line on the cast and enabling you to pull in with confidence when playing a fish.
The reel itself is constructed from aerospace grade bar stock aluminium, to ensure it is completely rigid and exceptionally lightweight. Supplied with a neoprene case, so you can safely transport your reel and spools, this is a reel that will give you the ability to improve your success rate and expand your fly fishing ability.

Return of goods & Refunds
