Drennan Acolyte Medium Feeder Rod - 13ft, This beautifully balanced, light, slim and crisp 3-piece feeder rod has a wonderfully sensitive fish playing action. Featuring a full cork handle, ACOLYTE DPS reel seat and enlarged, critically placed guides, the reserves of power further down the blank improve distance casting and accuracy. The blank sits just below the Distance Feeder rods in terms of power and casting ability but offers greater sensitivity and cushioning so much lighter hook lengths and small hooks can be used with complete confidence. A perfect rod for feeder fishing where silverfish and bream are the main target. The 3-piece construction means a shorter pack down and transport length. The rod comes supplied with 1oz, 2oz and 2oz slim Acolyte carbon feeder tips. Optimum reel lines of 5lb to 10lb monofilament or 0.08mm to 0.12mm braid. Best suited to feeders for up to 70g and distances of 70m+.
