Built using a super strong design with two different meshes, a free flow open mesh top section and a fine mesh base. Perfect for commercial match fishing when anglers need to net fish quickly and fish efficiently.
These landing nets feature a lightweight mesh net, which reduces weight. The fine mesh base of these landing nets helps protect fish, whilst making it easier to hold and unhook fish. Another advantage of this fine mesh base is that it will help protect your rigs when using hair rigs, bait bands and push stops. Drennan have used an aluminium frame which makes the landing net head incredibly lightweight so it can be used on the longest of landing net handles, but still plenty strong enough when netting large fish. These Drennan Acolyte Landing Nets also feature a robust spreader block which allows you to lift large fish clear of the water with ease.
To make netting fish as easy as possible, this landing net head features a wide holed free flow mesh on the top section which offers lower resistances through the water, great when you need to scoop fish during a match. Another feature that helps when netting fish is a non-spook black aluminium rim and mesh. Drennan have finished this landing net head off with a universal thread allows this fishing net to be used with a variety of landing net handles. Available in a range of sizes including 16”, 18” and 20”, this range of landing net heads will handle any fish you are likely to encounter on commercial fisheries, when match fishing.
