Daiwa Theory Beach Rods,
Daiwa have a habit of producing beach rods that work for anglers without any requirement to dial in excessive effort or critical timing. The new Theory Beach range follows exactly that. The range includes 12ft and 13ft multiplier rods; 12ft, 13ft, 14ft and 16ft fixed spool rods and a delightful little 11ft 6 Theory Bass Rod.
The 12ft and 13ft Daiwa Theory Beach Multiplier rods comprise of two equal sections and are rated to cast 4 to 8oz. Dressed with aluminium oxide intermediate guides plus tip, a beautifully fine upper tip supports a generously sized tip guide that wont easily jam weed-covered leader knots or even bulkier Biminis.
The Theory Beach Multipliers rods are very responsive and easy to get on with. They deliver clean release and a very respectable casting distance of 200yds without much thought to your fishing technique. The compound taper tip is a clever hybrid of steel and stealth, delivering good lead control in setting up the cast, easy compression during casting, and pronounced bite detection that would be further amplified with braid in the rod rest. The Theory rods are tolerant of variances in technique and do not bite back unexpectedly to undermine user confidence.
In all, Daiwa Theory Beach are lovely rods for clean beach fishing. They are more than capable of coping with a few snags, double figure winter cod and powerful summer smoothhounds. Bite detection is also superb in keeping with a long line of Daiwa predecessors.
In our opinion Daiwa Theory Beach rods offer more than a host of other rods costing much more. Anyone looking to purchase a pair of identical beach rods without bursting the bank would do well to consider the various Daiwa Theory options.

Return of goods & Refunds
Any incorrect or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt. These will be replaced as soon as possible at no expense to yourself. All unwanted items must be either returned at your own expense or taken into your local Angling Direct store.
