Perfect for when on a short session, a decent-sized brolly is often enough to keep the wind off your way, the rain off your head or the sunny spells from getting too much! Not any old umbrella is quite up for several hours at the bankside so Fortis made sure to design an incredibly durable brolly designed for mobile anglers.

The Fortis Recce Umbrella covers 30 inches of space, plenty of room for yourself, a chair and perhaps a bag or two of fishing gear. The Recce Brolly is made with a DPM Single Layer material that is both windproof and waterproof.

You can either carry the umbrella around with you when going from bivvy to rods or set up a sidearm on your chair that can hold the brolly at the perfect height. Taking just an umbrella instead of a full-blown shelter is sometimes all you need when only at the bank for a couple of hours after work or when you have spare time.

Offering maximum protection on that initial hunt through inclement weather, the Fortis umbrella is also made with a windproof canopy to help prevent inverting when a sudden gust comes your way.
