This is one for anglers who use a lot of fluorocarbon in their fishing, and as you’ll know that it goes quite curly and hook links can get quite kinked. But, the good thing with fluorocarbon is that you can get rid of it quite easily.
For hooklinks, you will need a pull tool, such as the Korda Pulla and pull the hooklink dead tight for about 5-6 seconds. If the kinks are in your mainline, then put a bivvy peg or bankstick into the floor, wrap your lead around and then walk back around 50 yards before giving it a good pull.
