Berkley Stndflex Fillet Knife, The 9inch Berkley Standard Flex Filleting Knife features an ergonomically designed handle for comfortably effective use. Its performance as a cutting tool is greatly enhanced by a special process which keeps the stainless steel blade inherently keener for longer, so sharpening the blade in the normal course of things makes no difference to the steels improved properties. Naturally, Berkley Standard Flex Filleting Knives are supplied in a sheath - along with a 600 grit sharpener. Remember...these are seriously sharp knives that will make very short work of de-boning.
