The reel is fitted with eight plus one shielded stainless steel ball bearings, ensuring that it not only is able to offer smooth winding but also lifelong performance excellence. The spool has been taken directly from the original Big Pit Sonik Tournos 8000 and is designed for maximum casting power. Fitted with an angled spool lip, the Sonik Tournos 8000 Free Spool ensures that you’re able to reach the furthest features, as well as allowing you to cast far out into the middle of a venue for the very biggest fish.
The line roller is coated with titanium and has been engineered to counteract any line twist. Twin line clips allow you to mark up two different features and fish both with full accuracy and the drag on the reel is sensitive to allow for maximum control.
